Nonprofits that cultivate a culture of wellbeing attract and retain top talent, bounce back quickly from stressful times, and have a fully engaged staff that comes to the work every day inspired, excited, and full of innovative ideas. Participants will learn the skills and how to facilitate processes that routinize reflection, flexibility, and adaptability that together create a culture of wellbeing.
